Simply browse our collections, choose your items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided through payment and shipping options.

We accept a wide range of payment options for your convenience:

4. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship across the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, using Ninja Van.
5. How long will delivery take?

Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
6. Can I track my order?

7. How much is shipping?

FREE shipping on orders ₱4,000 and above.

Orders below ₱4,000 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
8. What is your return/refund policy?
We offer hassle-free returns and refunds. If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, contact us at help@comfyfitt.ph to start the process.
9. How do I know my size?
Check our Size Guide on each product page to find the best fit. Important: All our products come from Europe, so sizes run 1 size bigger than your usual Philippine size. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for sizing advice.
10. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Exchanges are handled through our returns process. Contact us with your order details and the item you’d like to exchange.
11. Are your products suitable for all workouts?
Absolutely! Our activewear is designed for a variety of activities including running, gym workouts, paddleboarding, pickleball, and daily active lifestyles.
12. How do I care for my activewear?
To maintain quality and comfort, we recommend:

13. Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
Not yet, but stay tuned! We plan to offer gift cards soon for easy gifting.
14. Can I combine multiple payment methods for one order?
Currently, each order can only be paid using one payment method. For example, you cannot split an order between COD and Bilease.
